Running a marathon isn’t just about completing the distance or doing it under your goal time. You also need to take care of your body while you train, on race day and after race day.
I can support your journey to the finish line with personal training sessions, massage sessions and by helping you build strength throughout your body.
Cycling and cycle TOURS
I’ve supported tours for up to 30 cyclists for 7 days each year in South Africa, an annual fundraising tour that dads at Goodrich School do each year in the UK, and later in 2020 I will be supporting the Great Ormond Street Hospital London to Brighton challenge. I also travel globally for private events and can offer online training guidance.
