Your first session includes a full movement and postural assessment, a chat about your goals and lifestyle, and an introduction to training. It's relaxed and designed to help me understand exactly what you need. No pressure, just a chance to see if we're a good fit.
Absolutely! Many of my clients come to me after long breaks from exercise. I specialise in helping people rebuild their fitness safely and sustainably, meeting you exactly where you are. We'll progress at your pace.
I train clients at private studios (GymPods Dalston, FitPod Hackney, HMPT Studio Hackney, Northcote Fitness Clapham), in parks across North and South West London, or at your home. Online coaching is also available worldwide.
Most clients see the best results with 2-3 sessions per week, but this depends on your goals and schedule. We can start with one session and build from there. I also offer online coaching for those who want guidance between our in-person sessions.
Yes! I love working with beginners. Everyone starts somewhere, and I'll teach you proper form and technique from day one. You'll never feel judged or out of your depth.
Online coaching includes bespoke training and nutrition plans, weekly video check-ins, form video review, WhatsApp support, programme adjustments, and free access to our community with resources and Q&A sessions. Everything you need to succeed, wherever you are.
Yes! For postnatal training, babies are always welcome. I'm completely flexible with feeding, nappy changes, and cuddles. Many mums find it's actually easier than finding childcare.
I ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations. Life happens - illness, childcare emergencies, work crises - and I'm understanding. Just let me know as soon as you can.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation call to discuss your goals and see if we're a good fit. For online coaching, the first week is free. I also run free community fitness classes in Stoke Newington and South West London.
