According to the State of Work-Life Wellness ​report​ from Gympass, people’s attitudes towards wellness and work have shifted in the wake of the pandemic.

By the numbers: The survey of 5K employees across nine global markets discovered:

  • 96% seek employers who prioritise well-being.

  • 93% view well-being as important as pay, up 10% from last year.

  • 87% may leave a company that does not focus on employee well-being.

Top priority. Nearly 100% of respondents said fitness, sleep and nutrition impact overall well-being. More telling, the vast majority of workers said sound physical and emotional wellness benefit productivity and satisfaction at work.

If companies aren’t on top of well-being, it could be a dealbreaker.

Posture and activity levels can have huge impacts on physical and mental states at work. Learn how to sit well, breathe well, and STAY energised whilst at work.

In our interactive workshop, we will educate and motivate your team with a workshop focusing on posture improvements, stretches and exercises that can easily be done at work, and how to FEEL much better all day!

You will receive a free guide, exercise bands, and also individual DESK ASSESSMENTS

 

fitness classes

As a follow-up to our workshop, we offer regular movement classes. 

These can range from a focus on stretching, strengthening, or even functional fitness circuits. 

Some companies ask for a variety of each, so we change the focus each week to meet every need.

STRETCH & MASSAGE AT WORK

We offer individual desk set-up assessments, to maximise comfort levels, and so to reduce side effects of poor posture such as headaches, pains and even migraines. 

We also offer block massage bookings at your offices. These are 20 minutes, and we bring everything that we need - so your staff can easily be assisted.

Tips for every individual can have massive effects on their energy and concentration levels!

 

Yoga & YOGA NIDRA

Mental health can affect over 30% of staff, on average. Work-related stress is a huge contributing factor to this. By offering your staff sessions to enhance their mindfulness, we can help boost their creativity and motivation, too.  

 

NATURE DAYS

As well as movement, NATURE creates more happy hormones and reduces cortisol. It is also a a great chance to offer a team activity and let your employees see how you value them. Give all personalities and background of people come together for a well planned nature day. Walking, breathing, moving, learning about your surroundings, team games, making a fire, other navigation and bushcraft skills!
